Engineering boundaries

Simulation supports a documented subset of models and analyses rather than general SPICE. PCB Lite produces copper, mask, legend, outline, drill, BOM, positions, and Gerber job data but not copper zones, controlled impedance, panelization, or manufacturer DFM. The synchronized 3D panel exports GLB visualization geometry and checks fit envelopes but does not provide STEP/Parasolid, thermal studies, machining output, or mechanical cable routing.

Network boundaries

Offline drawing and local recovery are available after installation. AI, collaboration, invitations, account access, and cloud synchronization require a network.
